all blown up
This is a 1950 80ci indian chief "Bonneville" engine that broke a rod and a few other parts. The customer requested the original parts saved. So the cases will be welded and the cylinders resleeved. There is no saving the rods though!

before the gasbox
Before I opened the gasbox we were building bikes in Gregs 2 car garage. All this came to end when I tried to get a 400 amp welder wired up and realized we were only operating on a hundred year old single piece of knob and tube wire. Anyway this is the last bike we built in the garage, Chucks 1975 shovelhead with handmade everything... Too bad we didnt keep that AMF paint job.
76 sporty project
Heres some close up shots of the dropouts I fabbed up for the hardtailed stock frame. The license plate and grimes light mount, and some simple struts for one of my 18" spun fenders.

This is a 1931 new hudson 500cc motorcycle from england. I have this customer that loves to get on ebay around midnight after a long day of cocktails and bid on a dozen different projects. I consider this the wheel of jeopardy of motorcycles.. So know I have to determine what to do with this fine gem?? If there is any new hudson lovers out there let me know, cause I got parts!!!

nortons!!!
I've just recently started two norton projects, a 1950 dominator and a 1971 comando. I am going to be grafting the cradle from a 1950 norton dominator frame into an early ES2 frame and running the dominator engine and trans with a bsa y-13 girder. Should come together pretty nice. The commando doesnt exactly have a direction yet, anyway this is me before goin for a cruise yesterday.

photoshoot
we had a photographer for the day and he took some really nice shots of the last two bikes i finished, scullys 65 bsa and gregs 76 shovel.
rusty gold
just scored a great old knuckle hot rod project. 47 big port heads, panhead cylinders, 39 cases, 80ci flatty flywheels. the rest of the bike had 50's pan chopper parts, so that stuff will end up on another project. the engines future is in a vl frame i've had for awhile.......maybe next year she'll be runnin.
