semi resto
Just finished this 1965 FL for a very good customer. I would say it is a semi-restoration since the fairing is 1968, still a very nice bike. This is the last job completed in my Lakewood shop. We are almost done moving to North Olmsted and will have many pictures to come.

BSA build
This is a 1966 BSA project that we are building into a little rigid. We will be utilizing only stock BSA components and parts from the Lowbrow Customs catalog. We already have re-pop triumph tank mounted and are now working on the David Bird hardtail.
More pictures to come.

fender brackets
The fender brackets are available now through the Lowbrow customs site. These brackets are cast from steel and designed to be TIG welded to the crossbar behind your seat on rigid frames. These are UNIVERSAL. If you intend to use one on a very round skinny fender the radius will have to be slightly ground. There is plenty of material to allow for this modification.

I have been very busy lately with getting the new shop ready and traveling to bike shows. This weekend I won the Chip Foose choice award for the BSA at the Piston Power Show. Everybody loves this bike.
Thank you Mr. Foose.

decked
Now that most shovelheads are 40 years old, the head gasket surface is usually warped. So, it is standard procedure for us to deck and counterbore every set that comes through the shop.

stroker knucklehead
With the stroked flywheels, the stock piston skirts hit each other. Therefore you must check clearances and then machine piston skirt accordingly.
